Emax green line laser

A line, not a point

Standard laser pens give you a dot. This one gives you a line. The optics spread the 532nm beam along one axis, projecting a continuous green stripe onto whatever surface you aim at. The length of that line is governed by distance: hold the pen close to a wall for a short line, step back for a long one. There is no adjustment to make and nothing to set up.

Marking out a path

The single most common professional use is in physiotherapy, where the line is projected onto the floor to show a patient exactly where to walk. It gives an unambiguous visual guide for gait work without taping anything down, and it takes seconds to reposition when the exercise changes. Because the whole unit is battery-powered, it can be used in a treatment room, a corridor or a car park with equal ease.

Why the green version

We offer this line laser in green and in red. Green is the one to choose for outdoor and daytime work: the eye responds far more strongly to 532nm green than to red, so the projected line stands out better in daylight and across longer distances. If your work is entirely indoors under controlled light, the red version will do the same job for the same money.

Portable by design

It weighs very little and runs on two AAA batteries, so there is no charging routine, no cable and no need to be near a socket. Drop it in a bag and it works wherever you take it.
