Delivery and shipping

Delivery is free on every order to the UK and to every EU country, with no minimum spend and no customs fees. UK orders are shipped from the UK and EU orders from the Netherlands, and most parcels arrive within one to three working days.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and in all 27 EU member states. Your order is shipped from the UK if you live in the UK and from the Netherlands if you live in the EU, so the parcel does not cross a customs border: no import charges and no handling fee from the courier.

We do not ship outside the UK and the EU, so countries such as Norway and Switzerland are not available at checkout. Customers in the EU also pay in pounds; your card or bank converts the amount.

How long it takes

Orders placed on a working day normally leave the same day. Most parcels arrive within one to three working days, in the UK and in the EU. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

If an item is unexpectedly unavailable we will email you rather than let the order sit quietly, and you can decide whether to wait or cancel.

How your order is packed

Every laser pointer is tested by hand before it is packed, and goes out in protective packaging. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us and we will put it right: see warranty and complaints.

Wrong address?

Contact us as soon as you can at contact@emaxlaserpointers.co.uk. If the parcel has not left yet we can usually still change the address.

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and returning the goods is free, from the UK and from the EU. See returns and refunds.
