Returns and refunds

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason at all. You do not need to explain why, and returning the goods costs you nothing, from the UK or the EU: we pay for the return postage.

How to return an order

1. Tell us you are cancellingEmail contact@emaxlaserpointers.co.uk with your order number, which is in the confirmation email you received. A message is enough; you can also use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page, but you do not have to.
2. We arrange the returnWe will reply with return instructions and cover the postage. Please wait for those instructions so the parcel reaches the right address.
3. Send it back within 14 daysYou have 14 days from telling us to post the goods. Keep your proof of postage until the refund has arrived.
4. We refund youWithin 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of you providing proof that you sent them, we refund in full using the same payment method you paid with.

Looking after the goods

While the goods are with you, please take reasonable care of them. You are welcome to handle a laser pointer the way you would in a shop: unpack it, look at it, and check that it works. If the goods lose value because they were handled more than was needed to establish their nature and function, we may reduce your refund to reflect that.

When the right to cancel does not apply

A small number of contracts are excepted under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The ones that could apply here are goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Our standard range is not affected by these exceptions.

Model cancellation form

Use this form only if you wish to cancel the contract. You are not obliged to use it: an email works just as well.
